This website is provided "as is" by the GIS/Mapping Department for Russell County,
Kansas. Data contained within this website are compiled from various sources, including
recorded deeds, plats, tax records, and other public records. Users are hereby notified
that the aforementioned primary public information sources should be consulted for
verification of the information. By using the information, services and products available
through this website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions contained herein.
This application contains links to other Russell County sites that may contain additional
Terms of Use. Your use of any Russell County site shall also subject you to the Terms of

Kansas Open Records Act -
"No person shall knowingly sell, give or receive, for the purpose of selling or offering for sale,
any property or service to persons listed therein, any list of names and addresses contained in,
or derived from public records..." K.S.A. 45-230. Violation of this law may subject the
violator to a civil penalty of $500.00 for each violation. Violators will be reported for
prosecution. By accessing this site, the user makes the following certification pursuant to
K.S.A. 45-220(c)(2): "the requester does not intend to, and will not: (A) Use any list of
names or addresses contained in or derived from the records or information for the purpose
of selling or offering for sale any property or service to any person listed or to any person
who resides at any address listed; or (B) sell, give or otherwise make available to any person
any list of names or addresses contained in or derived from the records or information for the
purpose of allowing that person to sell or offer for sale any property or service to any person

to the accuracy and currency of the data.
Below describes what you will find behind each tab located above.
Printable Maps - Printable Maps implement existing GIS data in a series of map templates
downloadable in PDF format. The maps can be provided by the County or InfiniTec
can assist with their creation. Printable Maps provide a quick and easy way to distribute
highly requested maps to constituents further reducing office traffic and map requests. InfiniTec can take existing
GIS data and create printable maps, series, and templates for the customer. The
maps will reflect the data provided. Initial data will not be altered.
Parcel Mapping - Mapping Applications such as Parcel Mapping offer an interactive mapping environment
utilizing ESRI’s new ArcGIS Server technology. These custom applications are highly
functional incorporating robust search functions and a wide array of printing formats.
Parcels can be linked to KSCAMA in concert with Parcel Search (see below). Two applications
Maps can be implemented in the base LGIS package, and can be designed specifically
for departmental use or for general purpose at the organizaiton's discretion.
Parcel Search - Provides constituents with the capability to search County real estate information and display approximately 90% of the CAMA data available. The parcel search also provides printable County Appraisal documents such as ICS sheets, Comparable Sales, and Certified Valuation Notices. The search results interact with the GIS Map and the Tax Search information with active links. There are two levels of search available. Level One is the Public Search which displays limited information and for additional information please contact the County Appraiser’s Office. Level Two requires secure access, is for Certified Appraisers and has a user fee. If you would like to become a Registered User please contact your County Appraiser’s Office.
